The Front & Female Awards Singapore, which recognises the individuals inspiring progress and effecting change for women and girls, returns this year. Help us highlight the individuals advancing women in Singapore

The Front & Female Awards returns to Singapore for its second edition later this year, following a successful inaugural event in September 2025 and awards ceremonies in Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia.

First launched in Hong Kong in 2022, the Front & Female Awards recognises individuals who are inspiring progress and effecting meaningful change for women and girls—directly or indirectly—through their work and lives. This includes those who are:

  • Blazing a trail and breaking barriers so others can follow
  • Advocating for rights and equality
  • Closing gender gaps
  • Driving the female agenda
  • Serving as a role model for other women

What happens next

Once nominations close, we will vet the nominees and compile a shortlist to send to our Voting Committee—a panel comprised of some of the most influential leaders in Singapore spanning a wide range of industries and areas of expertise. They will vote for their top candidate in each category, and the results will be tallied internally to determine the final winners of the Front & Female Awards Singapore 2026.

Beyond celebrating the people who empower, advocate and elevate women—and their achievements, the Front & Female Awards aims to amplify their impact—through editorial content and by connecting awardees with our extensive community. Winners will be announced in September 2026.

The Front & Female Awards celebrates the individuals advancing women. We are accepting public nominations for the Front & Female Awards Singapore until June 12, 2026. Please note: multiple nominations for the same individual do not increase their likelihood of being shortlisted or selected.
