The Front & Female Awards, which recognises the individuals inspiring progress for women and girls and effecting change for women, is launching in Singapore, and nominations are now open

This year marks the launch of the inaugural Front & Female Awards in Singapore. Following successful awards in Hong Kong, Malaysia and the Philippines, it is time to recognise the individuals supporting and advancing women and girls in Singapore.

The Front & Female Awards, which first launched in Hong Kong in 2022, recognises those who are inspiring progress for women and girls and effecting change for women, either directly or indirectly through their work and lives:

  • by blazing a trail and breaking barriers so others can follow
  • by advocating for rights and equality
  • by closing gender gaps
  • by driving the female agenda
  • by serving as a role model for other women

Awardees should have launched or grown an impactful initiative or made impact in the past 18 months that inspires or supports the advancement of women. Impact should predominantly be in Singapore.

Once nominations close, we will vet the nominees and put together a shortlist to send to our Voting Committee, a panel made up of some of the most influential leaders in Singapore spanning a wide range of industries and areas of expertise. These esteemed individuals will vote for their top candidate in each category. We will then tally the votes internally to decide on the final winners of the Front & Female Awards Singapore 2025.

As well as celebrating the people who empower, advocate and elevate women, and their achievements, the Front & Female Awards will help catalyse their impact in a number of ways, including through content and by facilitating connections through our extensive and far-reaching community.

The Front & Female Awards celebrates the individuals advancing women. We are accepting public nominations for the Front & Female Awards Singapore until June 9, 2025. The winners will be announced in September.
