Ahead of the Front & Female Awards ceremony on March 21, we announce the 20 nominated individuals championing the progress of women in Malaysia
This year marks the debut of the Front & Female Awards 2023 that recognises the people championing the progress of women in Malaysia. In January 2023, we opened public nominations for the awards to seek out the men and women who are driving the progress of women, as demonstrated by launching or growing an initiative in the past 18 months with impact predominantly in Malaysia.

From senior female leaders championing equity in their workplaces to activists uplifting women in marginalised communities, the list of nominations was diverse and nothing short of inspiring. Narrowing this incredible group down to the final 20 names was far from easy, and we’re proud to finally present the 18 women and two men shortlisted for the Front & Female Awards.
Presented in partnership with BMW Malaysia, Sime Darby Property, Lancome, Johnnie Walker, Whispering Angel and Royal Selangor, The Front & Female Awards ceremony will take place on March 21 in Kuala Lumpur, where we will announce the six winners from this list of nominees, identified with the help of our expert voting committee comprising some the most influential names in finance, sports, healthcare, arts, technology, and more in Malaysia.
