A former industrialist and politician, Henry was Chief Secretary for Administration from 2007 to 2011. He has also served as Financial Secretary, as chairman of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries and as a steward of the Hong Kong Jockey Club. He holds the Grand Bauhinia Medal.
