The entrepreneurs shared their tips on cultivating daily wellness rituals, from proper breathing techniques to the practice of qi-gong, a form of movement that is part of traditional Chinese medicine. Guests in attendance, including Antonia Da Cruz and Utah Lee, leaned in as the panellists discussed the importance of prioritising self care, finding what works best for each individual to create a sense of balance and improve one’s overall well-being.
Following the panel discussion, attendees had the opportunity to explore a selection of products at &Co. and also had the chance to speak to the panellists one-on-one about their brands and the benefits of their products.
“Everyone deserves to be and feel well,” said Fung. “I am already gaining so much valuable knowledge about alternative health, including new supplements, healing practices, workouts, and practical tips that can enhance my daily life.”
