Utah Lee is a Hong Kong-based Nike Master Trainer. Since 2000, she has been creating magic on the fitness scene and is known for her fun yet challenging HIIT [high intensity interval training] workouts and easy-to-follow Zumba routines. Although she is a certified celebrity, who has access to all the high fashion designers on the market, Lee’s personal style is as laid back and relaxed as the trainer herself. And she’s humble about her fashion choices too, opting for second hand pieces from the Salvation Army and other recycled clothing organisations as they are “more intriguing” and help her create a more unique style.

When she isn’t personal training, teaching classes at schools or engaging her corporate clients, the blonde-haired fitness star enjoys spending time with her teenage children, Jacob and Sophia, and her husband Jay. Her adopted dogs, Yogi and K-Pop, are a regular fixture in her photos and even have their own Instagram page.
