Acclaimed luxury hotel brand Upper House extends its signature hospitality to residential living with two ultra-luxury towers on Wireless Road

Upper House, the celebrated hotel brand known for its refined aesthetic and exceptional service, is launching its first-ever branded residences in Bangkok. This pioneering venture brings together two ultra-luxury freehold towers—Upper House Residences Bangkok and The Wireless Residences by Upper House—on Wireless Road, marking a milestone for the brand and Southeast Asia’s premium property market.

The partnership between City Dynamic and Swire Hotels marks the next chapter for Upper House, expanding its world-renowned hospitality into residential living.

While both towers share the Upper House DNA, each offers a distinct residential experience. Upper House Residences Bangkok, the 52-storey tower with 156 units, delivers a fully immersive brand experience. From Bar Studio’s hospitality-inspired interiors to comprehensive wellness programmes developed with Goco, this tower represents the complete Upper House vision translated into residential form.

The Wireless Residences by Upper House, meanwhile, rises 71 storeys with 239 units designed by Pia Interior, incorporating local context while maintaining the brand’s signature front-of-house services.
