At the inaugural Tatler Best of Asia event in November, the Best-in-Class award winners will be revealed in custom Tumi 19 Degree Aluminum Minaudieres
Tumi's timeless designs and impeccable craftsmanship are built to last—not only through travel and adventure, but through seasons and trends.
So it's no wonder the luxury lifestyle brand has become synonymous with high-end travel, garnering an impressive list of fans and ambassadors including Hollywood A-lister Chris Pratt, Korean actress Mun Ka Young, F1 superstar Lando Norris and football legend Son Heung-min to name just a few.
While most people might know Tumi for its collection of high-end luggage, over the years, it has evolved to include a range of luxury products to complement the lifestyles of people who are always on the move—this includes backpacks, tote bags, crossbody bags and more.

“The next generation of travellers are looking to express themselves through the pieces they carry. They understand the importance of having a quality product that’s an extension of their persona and their values,” says Victor Sanz, creative director of Tumi. “The products we create are designed to make the journey easier so you can enjoy the moment you’re in. Whether you’re on vacation or travelling for business, you want a product that’s intelligent and reliable.”
One of Tumi’s most iconic collections is its 19 Degree Aluminum collection. Crafted from high-quality aircraft-grade aluminum, the rippled exterior ribs of the luggage are sculpted precisely at 19 degrees—hence the name of the collection. Its iconic design draws inspiration from the fluid elements of nature and exacting lines in architectural principles.
Once limited to luggage, Tumi has expanded on the collection, combining fashion and functionality with the introduction of 19 Degree Aluminum Minaudieres.
The versatile accessory is available in three colours—matte black, silver and texture blush—featuring fluid-looking curves that mirror the brand’s signature hardside cases.
In the upcoming Tatler Best of Asia award ceremony, of which Jeremy Jauncey is co-chair of the jury, three Tumi 19 Degree Aluminum Minaudieres will contain the names of our best in class category winners, with silver representing Tatler Best Hotels, rose representing Tatler Best Restaurants, and black representing Tatler Best Bars.
Stay tuned.
