The upcoming opening marks the group’s entry into Singapore

Minor Hotels is set to make its grand entrance into Singapore’s competitive hospitality market with the introduction of its Avani Hotels & Resorts brand. Set to open its doors in the first quarter of 2027, the new 13-storey upscale property promises to bring a fresh perspective to the city’s luxury travel offerings.

Situated at 24 Peck Seah Street in Tanjong Pagar, the upcoming hotel is within walking distance of Singapore’s Central Business District and Chinatown. The property will also be located next to Tanjong Pagar and Maxwell MRT, offering convenient access to Marina Bay, Downtown Core and other key districts. Located in the heart of one of Singapore’s most renowned hotspots, gourmands can find traditional hawker fare and Michelin-recommended restaurants close to the hotel.

Minor Hotels has partnered with Singapore's Kajima Development and Abu Dhabi-based Alwathba Investment for this project, bringing together global expertise and local market knowledge, while promising to deliver an exceptional hotel experience.
