IHG Hotels & Resorts will be opening Kimpton Naluria Kuala Lumpur at the Exchange TRX, Q4 2025
Malaysia is getting its very first Kimpton property. IHG Hotels & Resorts is poised to open Kimpton Naluria Kuala Lumpur in the last quarter of 2025, set in the bustling TRX district. The 466-room hotel will bring Kimpton's signature brand of modern luxury and thoughtful design to KL, with interiors designed in partnership with the award-winning Hassell Studio. The spaces take inspiration from Malaysia’s abundance of natural beauty, weaving greenery and organic textures throughout, creating a haven in the city’s the new central business district.

The hotel’s name itself reflects its commitment to sitting sympathetically in the city’s landscape. Naluria is a combination of the Malay words ‘naluri’ (instinct) and ‘ria’ (joy).
Kimpton Naluria Kuala Lumpur will house four signature dining concepts, including destination rooftop bar Four Siblings; Tuai + Till, the hotel’s welcoming all-day dining space the transforms in the evening into Tuai, a relaxed Malaysian café, and Till, a Western brasserie; and a soon to be unveiled Italian-American restaurant.
“We are thrilled to debut IHG’s luxury lifestyle brand, Kimpton, in Malaysia, continuing the brand’s global expansion,” said Paul Cunningham, General Manager. “Kimpton Naluria Kuala Lumpur is beyond just an inspirational place to stay—it will be the city's next vibrant social hub, where human hospitality, inspiration, wellness and evocative experiences come together seamlessly.”
