The experience begins with the exterior facade, modelled on the iconic Palace of Westminster (also known as Houses of Parliament), complete with the life-size 96-metre Elizabeth Tower (commonly known as Big Ben) featuring a replica of the famous clock face, which will welcome guests from far and wide with its accurate rendition of the classic bell chimes. As guests arrive, the grandeur of the glass-canopied Porte Cochere with cobblestone paving recalls the capital’s famous Victoria Station. The grounds and gardens surrounding The Londoner Macao are inspired by the great London parks and gardens, especially those at the royal residence of Kensington Palace.

Upon entering the hotel, you will be greeted with a gorgeous Victorian-style lobby that will transport you straight to the heart of London.

The space that greets guests entering The Londoner Macao is nothing short of spectacular. Crystal Palace is a grand, light-filled atrium with subtle design references to the iconic Claridge’s of London, exemplifying the greatest in Victorian design and construction in glass and iron. It is also the venue for the striking full-scale Shaftesbury Memorial Fountain with Anteros, the Greek god of selfless love on its pinnacle.

The design of the interior is derived from classical architecture which was the inspiration for many of the great estates and palaces of historic England. From this dynamic central connecting point, guests are invited to explore numerous restaurants, retail offerings and entertainment found in the lively streets and lanes of London.
