Cover Aman superyacht Amangati will sail in Spring 2027

Aman’s superyacht, Amangati, is now taking reservations for Spring 2027

Let’s be honest, it was only a matter of time before Aman introduced  a superyacht. Back in October, the esteemed hotel brand announced the launch of Amangati — a stunning 180-metre vessel with just 47 suites.

Now, we’ve been blessed with more images of Amangati along with details about where she’ll be sailing.  Allowing for deeper immersion with late departures and overnight stays, these curated journeys are timed to tie in with major events like the Cannes Film Festival and the Monaco Grand  Prix.

And since Aman is known for facilitating extraordinary experiences… A rare passage through Venice’s Grand Canal, passing landmarks like San Marco Square, sets a showstopping  scene as the yacht leaves  the lagoon into open water during golden hour, literally sailing into the sunset.

Spanning nine decks, Amangati offers a level of spatial generosity that is truly rare at sea. Each suite ranges from a generous 730 sq ft to a palatial 3,800 sq ft. Every suite comes with its own private terrace, ensuring a front-row seat to incredible, ever-changing views.

The rooms are somewhat reminiscent of Aman Tokyo — which won Best City Hotel at the Tatler Best Awards 2025 — with shoji screens, slatted wood and a calm, minimalist design sensibility. If the Tokyo property is a ryokan in the sky, Amangati is a ryokan at sea.

There’s an on-board Aman Spa that spans 12,800 sq ft—the largest in its category. It’s home to eight ocean-facing treatment suites, complete with their own terraces and open-air whirlpool baths. The sprawling wellness space also has a hammam, banya, dedicated serenity zones, as well as a Medi Spa and Medical Centre designed for restoration.

We’re also told there will be four dining restaurants on board: Alira, serving Mediterranean cuisine; Aman Grill for flame-kissed seasonal meats and vegetables; traditional Japanese washoku cuisine at Akari and teppanyaki at Hiori. As the sun sets, the energy shifts toward Amangati’s Jazz Club.

Would you set sail on Amangati? Who are we kidding. Of course you would. And they're already taking reservations for Spring 2027. Bon voyage.
