Louis Vuitton becomes the official trophy trunk partner of the 2024 Australian Open. Aryna Sabalenka wins the Women’s Final and Jannik Sinner wins the Men’s Final
In its venerable and storied history, Luxury brand Louis Vuitton has created two distinct and elegant official Australian Open trunks for the first time. The bespoke trunks house the men’s and ladies’ trophies won by 22-year-old and first-time Italian grand slam winner Jannik Sinner and second-time winner Aryna Sabalenka from Belarus at the recently concluded Australian Open finals.
Handcrafted by Vuitton’s artists from Asnieres, Paris, the trunk is splendidly covered in the LV monogram and finished with leather trim, brass locks, and corner protectors, the same ones the brand used since 1860. When closed, the trunk’s panels form the letter ‘V’ for Victory and, of course, Vuitton. Inside the trunk, both cases are covered in a luxurious blue material, with the Australian Open’s signature blue and logo represented.

Meanwhile, Spanish actress Ana de Armas accompanied two-time Australian Open winner Jim Courier for the men’s final. Both Edgerton and Armas are LV brand ambassadors.
