Here’s everything that happened during the intimate event at Goldenberg Mansion
A group of close friends reunited at the splendid Goldenberg Mansion, renowned as one of the most exquisite residences in the Philippines. Nestled in the heart of San Miguel, Manila, the mansion was initially constructed by the affluent Spanish merchant family, the Eugsters. Over the years, the mansion changed hands and was purchased by the distinguished Spanish lawyer and writer José Moreno Lacalle.
During the mansion’s restoration, Lacalle, who held the esteemed position of Oidor de la Audiencia—a hearing officer—infused the property with his unique vision. He artfully incorporated enchanting Moorish architectural elements that echoed the rich heritage of his native region. Alongside these intricate designs, he elegantly blended high-quality Philippine hardwood, imported prefabricated steel from Belgium, opulent Italian marble, sturdy bricks, and vibrant Spanish tiles. As a result, the Goldenberg Mansion stands as a breathtaking testament to colonial elegance, captivating all who visit with its timeless beauty and intricate craftsmanship.
