Returning after ten years, MY BMW World 2025 celebrates the power of heritage and the thrill of innovation, showcasing a bold future shaped by BMW’s iconic legacy

A decade after its inaugural showcase in 2015, MY BMW World returned spectacularly to Kuala Lumpur, marking a momentous chapter in BMW Group Malaysia’s enduring narrative. Under the theme “Driven by Legacy, Defined by Progress.” the event elegantly balanced, honouring the brand’s rich history while confidently showcasing its progressive innovations, setting the tone for the future of mobility.

Benjamin Nagel, managing director of BMW Group Malaysia, encapsulated the sentiment succinctly: “Our heritage continues to define progress, helping us evolve while steadfastly adhering to the core values that have guided BMW since our establishment in Malaysia. In today’s rapidly changing automotive landscape, we remain dynamic and forward-looking, grounded in purpose.”

A particularly noteworthy debut was the New BMW M5, which introduced electrification to BMW’s celebrated performance sedan for the first time. With a potent hybrid powertrain delivering an astounding combined 727 horsepower and a thunderous 1,000 Nm torque, the M5 maintains its iconic racing DNA while offering a glimpse into the future of high-performance mobility.
