Hear an all-new sense of melancholy at Mrld’s first solo concert
“Typically, there are five senses, with common sense being the sixth. I named it 7th Sense because these songs capture emotions that can’t be fully explained through the first five senses. It’s a mix of everything,” says Meriel de Jesus, popularly known as Mrld.
Traditionally only releasing singles—amassing hundreds of millions of streams—singer-songwriter Mrld is set to release her debut album on March 7. Accompanying her highly anticipated collection is her first solo concert, where she will perform 7th Sense live, alongside some of her greatest hits, including Ligaya, Ikaw Pa Rin, and An Art Gallery Could Never Be Unique As You.

After debuting in 2021, Mrld has quickly skyrocketed as one of today’s most promising OPM artists. For years since her first appearance, she has been recognised as the most streamed female OPM artist on Spotify—garnering over four million monthly listeners. In addition to her several hit tracks, Mrld has also graced a billboard at Times Square, New York, in 2022 and was named the Spotify RADAR Artist of the Year in 2023.

While Mrld 7th Sense will be her first solo concert, she has already made her mark on stage—both locally and internationally. From the likes of the Clark Aurora Music Festival to the UP Fair and Indonesia’s Off The Weekend Festival (where she was the sole Filipina artist), she has proven that her masterful and personal lyricism is a voice worth listening to.
