In the modern workplace, romance is hardly a rarity. Recent reports suggest nearly 80 per cent of US workers have experienced or are open to an office romance. But film sets are fleeting by nature, and many on-set love stories end with the wrap party. Yet, some couples defy the odds, turning on-screen chemistry into enduring off-screen partnerships. The Spanish actors met on the set of Jamón Jamón in 1992 and reunited for Vicky Cristina Barcelona in 2008, which led to their dating. They married in the summer of 2010 in the Bahamas and have two children. Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem have since starred in two more films together and have his and her Oscar Awards for Best Supporting Actor/Actress. They continue to prove how well they can balance their professional and personal lives.
