From suburban expansion to high-density refinement, another dimension of this regional shift emerges in Singapore, where design, density and brand continue to shape development outcomes. UOL Group Limited, awarded Best Residential Developer (Asia), remains a central influence on the country’s skyline.

Upperhouse at Orchard Boulevard, named Best Luxury Condo Development (Asia), elevates vertical living in one of the region’s most valuable districts, while Parktown Residence, a Best Condo Development (Asia) winner, sharpens the relationship between mid-market towers and amenity design.

IOI Properties Singapore adds further definition through two key schemes: IOI Central Boulevard Towers, winner of Best Office Development (Asia) and W Residences Marina View – Singapore, recognised as Best Lifestyle Condo Development (Asia)
