PropertyGuru Lionheart Awards 2025: the women and men redefining real estate prestige

 Kavin Kuah of ERA Realty Network received the Agent of the Year title for leading across PropertyGuru’s core performance metrics—from transaction volume and active listings to client service and his broader impact on Singapore’s property market. Veteran agent Shah Marican from Huttons was awarded Mentor of the Year for his commitment to developing young talent and guiding new entrants towards long-term success. Serene Goh from ERA Realty Network received the Community Impact Award in recognition of her service to the real estate sector and the broader community, as well as her leadership and integrity. The Lifetime Achievement Award was conferred on Ismail Gafoor, Executive Chairman of PropNex, for his lasting contributions and his role in shaping the standards of the profession.

The Women Leaders in Real Estate category is especially significant as it highlights the growing need to recognise women who are driving the industry forward. Despite their strong presence across the sector, women remain underrepresented in senior and C-suite roles. The winners—Doris Ong, deputy CEO at ERA Realty Network; Tricia Teo, chief operating officer at SRI; and Sarah Ng, founder of SN Real Estate—exemplify how strong, purposeful leadership can shape and redefine the real estate landscape. By celebrating their leadership and contributions, PropertyGuru underscores its commitment to fostering a more inclusive and equitable landscape for property agents.

The awards also recognised agents who have established themselves as go-to professionals in their region due to their deep market knowledge and consistent service to their communities. The Region Champion Award honoured Cheng Ying Ying, Time Seow, and Quek Fu Jin of Huttons for their expertise in the Northern, Eastern, and Western regions of Singapore, respectively, while Marcella Yong of ERA Realty Network and Linda Yang of PropNex won the award for the Northeast and Central regions, respectively.

The Top Property Promoter Award recognised those whose data-led approach—utilising PropertyGuru’s tools and insights—helped promote listing visibility and attract high-quality enquiries. Yuna Lim from Singapore Estate Agency, Gina Tng of ERA Realty Network, and Jeanne Phang of SRI topped the HDB, condominium, and landed property sectors, respectively.

Each of these outstanding winners was once a newcomer themselves — and the Rookie of the Year Award paid tribute to that journey. Isaac Chew of Singapore Estate Agency was recognised for the exceptional promise he demonstrated in the HDB sector within his first year, while Zaccheus Sabai of PropNex and Mei Tan of OrangeTee & Tie earned equal honours in the condominium and landed property categories, respectively.

The event, its award categories, and the winners together stand as a testament to the calibre of talent within Singapore’s property sector. By celebrating the agents who lead with integrity and purpose, Lionheart Awards redefines what excellence looks like and raises the bar for the entire industry.
