PropertyGuru Lionheart Awards 2025 celebrated agents whose dedication has not only shaped successful transactions but also elevated standards of service across the industry

Singapore’s finest real estate professionals took centre stage at the inaugural PropertyGuru Lionheart Awards—setting new standards for excellence in Singapore’s property market.

“To give real service, you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity.” This quote by English author Douglas Adams captures the essence of a real estate agent’s role in one of life’s most significant decisions — buying a property.

From first-time buyers to seasoned investors, navigating property choices can be complex and time-consuming. This is where real estate agents step in. With their deep understanding of the market, negotiation skills, and human intuition, they reduce complexity, minimise risk, and save invaluable time for buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants alike—a role that remains indispensable even in an age of digital transparency and algorithms.

PropertyGuru, Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, has witnessed this first-hand on its online marketplaces—which connect over 32 million property seekers with over 50,000 agents monthly.

The Lionheart Awards were conceived by the company as a means to recognise and show appreciation for those agents whose dedication has not only shaped successful transactions but also elevated standards of service across the industry. Beyond sales figures, it recognises what truly matters: trust, professionalism, and the real difference an agent makes in people’s lives.

“The PropertyGuru Lionheart Award recognises agents who lead by example through professionalism, mentorship, and meaningful contributions that elevate the profession,” expressed Lewis Ng, PropertyGuru Group’s chief executive officer.

This heart-first approach—strengthened by thoughtfully crafted categories that honour both top performers and those who demonstrate exceptional dedication and promise — is what truly sets the LionHeart Awards apart.

The awards were launched on 12 November 2025 at a ceremony held at Raffles Sentosa Singapore. Attended by 350 guests—including industry leaders, partners, and agents—the event underscored PropertyGuru’s commitment to elevating industry standards by recognising and inspiring the professionals who uphold them.

Winners were selected through a rigorous internal process. Eighteen agents were recognised out of 50 nominations across eight categories, each highlighting a distinct dimension of achievement—from overall professional performance and industry contribution to community impact, mentorship of emerging talent, leadership by women shaping the sector, and the lasting influence of long-standing pioneers.

The Women Leaders in Real Estate category is especially significant as it highlights the growing need to recognise women who are driving the industry forward. Despite their strong presence across the sector, women remain underrepresented in senior and C-suite roles. The winners—Doris Ong, deputy CEO at ERA Realty Network; Tricia Teo, chief operating officer at SRI; and Sarah Ng, founder of SN Real Estate—exemplify how strong, purposeful leadership can shape and redefine the real estate landscape. By celebrating their leadership and contributions, PropertyGuru underscores its commitment to fostering a more inclusive and equitable landscape for property agents.

Each of these outstanding winners was once a newcomer themselves — and the Rookie of the Year Award paid tribute to that journey. Isaac Chew of Singapore Estate Agency was recognised for the exceptional promise he demonstrated in the HDB sector within his first year, while Zaccheus Sabai of PropNex and Mei Tan of OrangeTee & Tie earned equal honours in the condominium and landed property categories, respectively.

The event, its award categories, and the winners together stand as a testament to the calibre of talent within Singapore’s property sector. By celebrating the agents who lead with integrity and purpose, Lionheart Awards redefines what excellence looks like and raises the bar for the entire industry.

The Lionheart Awards will be held annually as part of PropertyGuru’s ongoing effort to redefine success in Singapore’s real estate industry and to recognise those who lead by example, added Ng. Together, these initiatives help cultivate a more progressive and dynamic property ecosystem.
