According to data released by Colliers, a diversified professional services and investment management company, there will be an estimated “3,000 new hotel rooms every year” from 2023 to 2025. “This is a positive development for the Philippine tourism sector, especially now that the sector is rebounding,” Colliers’ director of research, Joey Roi Bondoc, says in a report.
