The home, on 1427 Bluebird Avenue, measures 3,855 sq ft and has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Described as a serene escape nestled in the prestigious Bird Streets, it boasts features like a private balcony and a walk-in closet in the master suite, a heated plunge pool with a surround sound system and a living room with a skylight and fireplace. Crafted with natural materials and custom built-ins throughout, every element of this home has been thoughtfully curated, according to its listing.

The home is the work of Los Angeles-based developers House of Rolison, which reportedly bought the historic home in March 2024 and reimagined it with contemporary interiors; it is styled by Los Angeles home furnishings brand Olive Ateliers. The property is listed by real estate firm The Agency’s Farrah Brittany, who is the star of Netflix’s Buying Beverly Hills; she is also Paris Hilton’s cousin.
