Located within the Daan district in Taipei, the complex is divided into two residential skyscrapers—the North and South Towers—which boast 31 floors and 35 floors respectively. Developed by Yuan Lih Construction, the buildings were designed by British architectural firm Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, while the interiors were crafted with an East meets West concept by design maven Kelly Hoppen.

According to local media reports, Chou has reportedly purchased a unit within the North Tower building as a gift for his wife, model Hannah Quinlivan; the couple recently celebrated their anniversary on 18 January.

If the Chou family decides to move into their new apartment, they will become neighbours with several Taiwanese celebrities and prominent families. Notable residents include Lin Ming-hsiung, the chairman of Pxmart, one of Taiwan's largest supermarket chains; Taiwanese diva Jody Chiang, who’s close friends with Chou; and the Hsu family, who founded Chinese confectionary company Hsu Fu Chi.

One Park Taipei is also a short distance away from Chou’s current residence—the singer previously made headlines for his purchase of a US$23.8 million lavish penthouse at the Peace Palace residential complex, where he lives with his actress-model wife Hannah Quinlivan and their two children Hathaway and Romeo. Also located within the Daan district, the 38-storey building was also developed by Yuan Lih Construction whilst the design was handled by Taiwanese architect C.T. Chen.

Chou’s double-storey penthouse, which sits on the very top floor of the apartment building, is notable for its 360-degree panoramic views of the Taipei cityscape, including landmarks such as the Daan Forest Park, Taipei 101, and Danshui River.

Taiwan’s Apple Daily also reported that a striking factor that attracted Chou to the unit was the fact that the stunning living area's 55-ft (16m) high ceiling.

Chou’s living area space features an elegant material mix of dark wood, marble and bronze finishes. Paired with warm ambient lighting that diffuses a soft glow, the entire space offers a refined charm.

The singer, who’s also an avid fan of futuristic designs and science fiction themes, has also dressed his abode with a medley of wood finishings, geometric wall features and statement lighting pieces.

Chou, who enjoys cooking, and Quinlivan, who enjoys baking, has also outfitted their state-of-the-art kitchen with appliances from German luxury brand Gaggenau.

The doting father of two—his daughter, Hathaway is six and his son, Romeo, is four—has also previously revealed that he built a pink castle playhouse for his daughter. Featuring a whimsical brick-like castle, the interiors of the playhouse is painted with bunny motifs whilst the exterior features alphabetical decals.

It’s also a known fact that Chou is an avid art collector, and his abode is proudly decorated with his extensive art collection. Scottish painter Peter Doi’s Road Home takes pride of place in his living area, where it’s hung along his staircase above his grand piano.
