Dubbed as the ‘King of Mandopop’, Taiwanese singer-songwriter Jay Chou is successful in many ways—the pop star has sold more than 30 million albums, embarked on several top-grossing world tours as well as directing, producing and starring in several films and a Netflix series.
It comes as no surprise then, that the multi-millionaire owns several luxury properties. His most recent purchase is reportedly an apartment within one of Taiwan’s most exclusive residences: the One Park Taipei complex.
Located within the Daan district in Taipei, the complex is divided into two residential skyscrapers—the North and South Towers—which boast 31 floors and 35 floors respectively. Developed by Yuan Lih Construction, the buildings were designed by British architectural firm Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, while the interiors were crafted with an East meets West concept by design maven Kelly Hoppen.
