“The goal was to create a house that would age gracefully. Every detail, from the materials to the furniture, was chosen with longevity in mind,” the principal architect reveals.

The moment you enter the Lark Street Residence, it becomes clear that this is a place designed to outlast fleeting trends. Off the bat, the entryway sets the mood with an Alcor Console by Maxalto, softly illuminated by Louis Poulsen’s PH 2/1 portable lamps. Guests are first welcomed by a marble partition, which offers a subtle glimpse of the spacious living room beyond.
The living area is the true heart of this space: expansive, filled with natural light and layered with art and comfort. Inside, guests and homeowners will find a neutral backdrop of Iranian travertine.

Meanwhile, B&B Italia’s Atoll sofa serves as an architectural anchor, offset by the sculptural elegance of Mart Relax armchairs. Low-slung pieces such as the Lithos, Elios and Button side tables in Carrara marble create a constellation of textures. Overhead, a second-floor gallery gazes down upon the room, framing not only the art but also the life that unfolds within it.

Just a little walk from the living area, one will find the indoor lanai and family room, both offering a softer and more intimate meeting area. Caratos chairs gather around an elegant Allure O’ Table, with the layered glow of a Louis Poulsen Panthella lamp atop an Eileen console. This setup subtly shapes a setting made for conversation and a thoughtful transition between the home’s public and private rooms.
The kitchen is a story in itself, a space that accommodates love, conversations and sumptuous food through an elevated design. The Boffi Xila system, a modular creation by Luigi Massoni, embodies Nazareno’s belief that utility and beauty are not opposites but partners.
A sculptural island grounds the space, thanks to its titanium-toned lacquered fronts paired with a striking stone surface, to form a bold yet refined centrepiece. Along the wall, warmth and texture prevail through base units in Ecowood Xilo 2.0 Planked Grey, upper cabinets finished in Ecolak Charcoal and a coordinating stone top.

Completing the composition are the Programma Tall Units, modular storage with smoky grey glass encasing at the centre. Next to the kitchen lies a breakfast nook, furnished with De Padova’s Villetta stools by Keiji Takeuchi in Nilo Ecru.
