This 2,242 sq ft villa on the Peak takes advantage of the encompassing views the area is famous for with floor-to-ceiling windows. The prestigious location of the house has a price tag to match: it’s on the market for HK$350 million.

Some of Hong Kong Island’s most beautiful beaches are just a short drive from this 2,377 sq ft house in Chung Hom Kok, although with its exquisite design and serene outdoor spaces, you might just never want to leave.

With three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, the house has an interior space of 2,595 sq ft and an additional 687 sq ft of private outdoor space. In the ensuite bathroom in the master suite, a bathtub faces gorgeous ocean views of the Southside.

This colourful Sai Kung house, which offers plenty of greenery and space, is listed for HK$25.28 million.

Sized at 2,100 sq ft, it has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Part of a gated complex, the house overlooks the swimming pool exclusively for the use of residents. 

A tranquil garden space, decked out by its current owners with plenty of greenery and inviting outdoor furniture, is an ideal spot for barbecues and get-togethers. There are various other alfresco spaces throughout the home, too, including a private rooftop.

There are plenty of unique design details in this 1,888 sq ft Clearwater Bay house, which is on the market for HK$55 million.

9. A Sprawling Pok Fu Lam Duplex

Duplex apartments built with an internal staircase that leads to a private rooftop are typically seen in rural areas in Hong Kong, but rarely on island west. If you’re after a property of this kind of an area that’s easily accessible to downtown areas, this 1,257 sq ft home in Pok Fu Lam ticks those boxes. 

On the market for HK$28.5 million and also available to rent for HK$75,000 a month, the three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is nestled against the hills of Pok Fu Lam and offers views of the East Lamma Channel.

The sprawling rooftop is a great place to unwind and enjoy drinks at sunset. If that’s not enough outdoor space for your liking, there’s also a communal rooftop space for the residents of the building, which has a jacuzzi.
