In collaboration with Japanese ceramic artist Yuki Nara–descendant of the illustrious Ohi family renowned for producing Ohi-yaki ceramics for more than 360 years–Poltrona Frau presents a series of limited edition ceramic vases on bespoke leather-upholstered pedestals.

Inspired by the structural essence of forests and trees, each ceramic piece made from Ohi clay rests atop a wooden pedestal designed by Nara, and is upholstered with the exquisite Pelle Frau “Colorsphere” Impact Less leather (guarzo Fume). It folds at the edges, creating contours and shadows that evoke the movement of once-living organisms through a cohesive entity with a strong spatial identity.

Following its initial debut at the Maison & Objet 2025 in Paris, the exclusive vase-and-pedestal combination is available at Poltrona Frau stores in Milan, London, New York, Miami, Washington DC, Mumbai, Shanghai, Tokyo and Osaka.
