She runs her own startup, A.Cross Creations, which specialises in personalised gifts, and is assuming increasing responsibilities in her family business as the executive director of YTL Cement focusing on group strategy and transformation. Balancing the two can be challenging, but Rachel says that she relishes the opportunities these roles present.
“While one is rooted in storytelling through the magic of careful curation and creativity, the impact of the other is evident in the iconic buildings around us,” she explains. This duality in her work gives her purpose and fulfilment.
