Step inside KKPL’s Ubi showroom, where kitchens and wardrobes are reimagined as immersive, finely tuned living environments
Established in 2014, Koncept Kreation Private Limited, also known as KKPL, got its start as a specialist supplier of wardrobe sliding systems for some of Singapore’s most prestigious condominium developments. From exclusive enclaves spanning 100 units to sprawling builds featuring over 2,000 units, KKPL flawlessly delivered large-scale solutions to each of these projects. Since then, the company has expanded its portfolio to encompass a full suite of luxury fittings for contemporary kitchens and wardrobes.
Tatler Homes Singapore recently had the opportunity to visit KKPL’s lifestyle-oriented showroom in Ubi to view the company’s complete kitchen systems and walk-in wardrobe concepts up close. The fully built space showcases integrations of KKPL’s products rather than presenting them as standalone items, allowing visitors and interior designers to experience what it would be like to have the brand’s kitchen and wardrobe fittings at home.

Form Meets Function

Upon stepping into the showroom, visitors are greeted by a pantry showcasing the brand’s kitchen fittings, which include the newly launched Luxum Titanium Grey Series. Finished in true titanium grey, this series is a full suite that includes tall-unit pull-outs, corner shelving units, cutlery organisers, multipurpose baskets and drawer organisation solutions. Besides being a premium upgrade from traditional chrome or stainless steel hardware, the titanium grey finish of these fittings also serves a practical purpose: it’s highly resistant to scratches, fingerprints and corrosion. Plus, the dark finish complements luxurious modern abodes and will prove to be the perfect choice for homeowners seeking a cohesive, high-end aesthetic that provides practical cabinetry solutions at the same time.
But the series does more than just look good—it also maximises storage space and efficiency, and makes daily chores easier to conquer. The TCC Magic Corner pull-out baskets, for example, cleverly turn hard-to-reach cabinet corners into accessible storage, making use of space that would otherwise go underutilised. The brand’s dish rack is another must-have: it makes use of an assisted drop-down mechanism that works in tandem with a directional lever that can be adjusted to suit the load of the dish rack, making it easy to pull down and lift up for access and storage.

Inner Glow

Walk further into the showroom and you’ll come across a beautifully appointed kitchen space, complete with a sleek island that’s ready to host guests at a moment’s notice. The star here is the LED Pann light, which creates a soft, natural skylight effect when installed in overhead kitchen cabinets. Thanks to an anti-glare diffuser powered by what KKPL dubs “inner-shine technology”, the ultra-slim-profile LED brings a gentle, warm glow to any kitchen. The lights can be switched on and off with just the wave of a hand—it’s simple touches like this that add a bit of magic to everyday life.

The Ris, Moon, and Sun cabinetry LED housings also deserve a special mention. LED Ris is well-suited for vertical installation in closets thanks to its recessed 45-degree construction, which creates a soft lighting effect that gently illuminates the contents of cabinets. The LED Moon casing, on the other hand, is designed to house two LED strips simultaneously, allowing light to be emitted both upwards and downwards. Last but not least, LED Sun boasts a rotating, adjustable profile that creates a dynamic illumination effect, highlighting materials, architecture and treasured trinkets from multiple angles.
Working Smarter

Adjacent to the kitchen space is an area dedicated to showcasing KKPL’s wardrobe fittings and fixtures, and beautiful glass cabinet doors produced by its in-house production factory in Singapore. Designed to look just like a walk-in wardrobe, this section shows off the brand’s iconic smart hanging rod systems, clothes lifter, and customisable cantilever shelving that maximises the use of high ceilings. The automated clothes lifter, in particular, is a must-have for busy folks—it lifts and lowers the clothing rail at the touch of a button, and it can be stopped at any height via a remote or a button on the side of the lifter.

Keep prized clothing and collections in pristine condition with the KlyseAir dehumidifier, which quietly removes moisture, purifies and deodorises the air, and even sterilises the wardrobe with UV rays. It features flexible timer options so users can decide when to run it, and it even contains a built-in aromatherapy ceramic stone pad to hold essential oils.
Beyond just a facility to showcase KKPL’s products, the Ubi showroom is also a place where designers can seek out advanced fittings for high-end abodes, and homeowners can gain inspiration for their own sanctuaries.
