Jisoo of Blackpink has reportedly purchased a luxury home in an upcoming development in Seoul—where she’s set to become neighbours with the boss of K-pop giant Hybe, which gave rise to the likes of BTS and NJZ
Jisoo, one-fourth of K-pop girl band extraordinaire Blackpink, has reportedly bought a US$14 million villa inside a luxury complex in Seoul’s well-heeled Gangnam district.
The development, named L’Arbre 27, comprises 27 villas across two buildings, totalling 45,049 sq m. They are reportedly priced between US$14 and US$31 million each.
Jisoo is not the only famous name attached to the development. Bang Si-yuk, the founder of South Korean entertainment giant Hybe, which is behind BTS and NJZ (formerly known as Newjeans), has reportedly also bought a unit there.

With nature-inspired designs and sweeping views, Jisoo’s new home promises a quiet retreat high above the bustle of the South Korean capital.
The development’s buildings feature seven levels above ground and five underground, surrounded by greenery.

The homes come with plenty of outdoor living spaces. One unit, dubbed the Terrace House, features an outdoor space connected to the living room, while another, named the Garden House, has a courtyard with views of the Seoul cityscape. Meanwhile, the penthouse offers panoramic views through its three terraces.
L’Arbre is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion in late 2027.
