With at least three annual editions planned from 2022 to 2024, the inaugural edition will be held as a hybrid in-person and virtual event this September. The fair will host an estimated 250 to 500 leading brands from Italy and around the world. Exhibitors include architectural lighting brand Erco, bespoke interior builder Furnic as well as designers Bull & Stein, famous for their oversized fruit sculptures made of precious materials. The names of other confirmed exhibitors will be rolled out progressively in the lead-up to the exhibition.

The fair will also display a capsule collection of the icons of Italian design put together by Andrea Cancellato, the Director of the Milan-based ADI Design Museum. ADI, the host of the prestigious Compasso d'Oro Awards—the most recognized accolade in the field of industrial design—will also present the 2022 awards at Find.

Find design fair also marks the much-anticipated return of Singapore Design Week, having been on a hiatus for two years due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The DesignSingapore Council will be organising a dedicated Southeast Asian showcase termed the Emerge @ Find pavilion, where over 50 up-and-coming creators and designers will be invited to display their work.

“We are honoured to embark on this brave new chapter for Singapore design together with our esteemed partners from Italy, who are leaders in the world of design,” says Mark Wee, executive director of DesignSingapore Council, and a returning jury member of the Tatler Homes Design Awards. “As the first new design fair to emerge out of the neo-pandemic era, we are confident that FIND will present a forward-thinking design experience that also highlights the immense creativity and talent of Southeast Asia.”
