The newly opened Deluxe Systems showroom in Ubi is a two-storey space that showcases their core products in an integrated setting
To those in the know, Italian brand Deluxe Systems needs little introduction. Trusted for their luxury windows, doors and railings, Deluxe Systems recently unveiled their showroom in Ubi, which spans two storeys and presents their core products in an integrated, residence-like environment.
To celebrate the opening, Deluxe Systems partnered with Tatler Homes Singapore to welcome a curated list of distinguished guests from the design and architecture community. Italian ambassador, His Excellency Dante Brandi, also graced the event with his presence. Food and drinks flowed freely, while violinist Lia Liu serenaded guests with live music.

A showroom reimagined as a residence
To Deluxe Systems, having the headquarters of their regional expansion in Singapore was a logical choice. As Singapore is renowned for world-class architecture, high concentration of luxury developments and a discerning community of both homeowners and designers, the country serves as the ideal landscape for Deluxe System’s expansion and a bridge to the rest of Southeast Asia. “It’s a place where we bring the finest Italian craftsmanship directly to our clients,” says Germano Vitali, Director of Deluxe Systems. “Here, architects and clients can truly experience the products—to see, touch, and feel what will become part of their projects.”
Indeed, the two-storey Deluxe Systems showroom—250 sqm on the ground level and 60 sqm on the mezzanine—is special as it presents the brand’s products in a residence-like setting, and visitors can easily imagine how these products will look, feel and function in their dream homes and spaces.
Seven Italian brands—Apexfine, Ponzio, Faraone, Flessya, Chirenti, Dimensione Serramenti and MR Art Design—are displayed in the space alongside Deluxe System’s own signature lines. Each brand has an exclusive distribution contract in ASEAN with Deluxe Systems and is showcased in a dedicated zone that highlights the unique character and craftsmanship of each product.
At the opening night of Deluxe System’s showroom, Vitali and his team gave guests a guided tour of the showroom, encouraging them to touch and explore the products for themselves. Styled like a contemporary residence, the showroom unfolds through a series of intimate environments—a kitchen, living room, dining room, and patio. Its standout features include large sliding façades and folding systems that dissolve boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. On the ground floor, aluminium, glass, and PVC systems take centre stage, while the upper floor features wooden and flush-to-wall doors, as well as railings.
While they mingled and browsed, guests also enjoyed a variety of canapés inspired by local flavours—Chili Crab, Laksa Pasta Shooter, Otah Toastie, and the vegan-friendly Pink Oyster Mushroom Tarts. There was also a grazing table overflowing with cheeses, charcuterie and fresh fruits, which paired well with the Moët & Chandon Brut Imperial flowing all evening.
Above Violinist Lia Liu
Violinist Lia Liu kept guests entertained with her spirited renditions of familiar pop songs throughout the evening. The prolific violinist graduated from the Xi’an Conservatory of Music and founded the Tiny Music Academy, a Singaporean music school dedicated to nurturing young talents in the field of music. Lia was recently on the JJ 2.0 World Tour, performing alongside pop sensation JJ Lin in the string quartet.
