On October 26, we held our final Leaders of Tomorrow event of the year at the Capella Bangkok.
About thirty guests from the local Gen.T community joined the private celebration, including current year honourees like Bitkub's Jirayut Sripsriropa, PropertyScout's Mario Peng, Environmental Justice Foundation's Salisa Traipipitsiriwat and prominent local cannabis advocate Kitty Chopaka.
There, they networked with past years' honourees such as Unfold Ventures' Amarit Charoenphan, 500 TukTuks' Mameaw Sapprasert and SCB 10X's Pailin Vichakul, as well as Tribe member Paul Ark of Gobi Partners.

On top of welcoming the 2022 honourees into the community, the evening also saw one of them—Monsinee Nakapanant of Ascend Money—being honoured as Thailand's sole recipient of this year's Gen.T x Credit Suisse Social Impact Awards. Since 2019, the awards has recognised honourees from the latest Gen.T List who are leveraging technology to make a scalable positive impact.
Nakapanant's company is the biggest e-wallet in Thailand, serving millions of people. It also has a presence in five other countries in Southeast Asia.

Gen.T's Lee Williamson later excited guests when he spoke about the brand's 2023 plans, which include finally launching the inaugural Gen.T Asia Summit in Hong Kong after being put on hold for three years due to Covid-19.
After the evening's formal programme concluded, guests continued mingling until deep into the night. And when it was time to go home, some of the honourees asked if they could take the Gen.T table decor as a keepsake of a memorable evening.
The Gen.T List 2022 is sponsored by Credit Suisse. See all honourees from Thailand on the Gen.T List 2022.
