Drawing from her own culinary explorations and sentimental childhood recollections at their family kitchen when she was young, restaurateur Happy Ongpauco-Tiu embodies the “dining pillar” of the campaign. As a child, the kitchen was her playground, sparking a lifelong passion for cooking. Today, Ongpauco-Tiu revitalises her family recipes at her own restaurant, Pamana, while testing and developing both old and new recipes in her kitchen.
