Marina Bay Sands is the exclusive Singapore home of Almave, the non-alcoholic blue agave spirit co-founded by Lewis Hamilton, alongside a race week dining programme that runs from Wolfgang Puck’s kitchen to a Bangkok bar takeover
Race week transforms Singapore into something the city only becomes once a year—and Marina Bay Sands, sitting at the edge of the circuit with the bay at its feet, has always been where the weekend’s most memorable moments happen away from the track.
This October, the resort has built its most ambitious programme yet around that position. The anchor is an exclusive partnership with Almave, a premium non-alcoholic blue agave spirit co-founded by seven-time Formula One World Champion Lewis Hamilton and Master Distiller Iván Saldaña of Casa Lumbre, crafted in Mexico from real agave using traditional distillation practices. Marina Bay Sands is Almave’s exclusive Singapore home from race weekend through to September 2027.
Almave has been integrated into the resort’s Zero Edit beverage programme, a commitment to premium alcohol-free drinking that sits alongside every other drink on the menu with equal seriousness. The result is a race week programme built as much around what is in the glass as what is on the plate—and one that gives guests a reason to linger long after the chequered flag.

The Lewis and the Almave Circuit

Lewis Hamilton’s influence extends well beyond the circuit. Through sport, fashion and advocacy, he has become a voice for a more intentional way of living that is built on authenticity and conscious choices. The Lewis, Marina Bay Sands’ signature Zero Edit pour created in partnership with Hamilton, reflects that philosophy in the glass. Crafted with Almave—the non-alcoholic distilled agave spirit co-founded by Hamilton himself—it is an expression of everything the partnership stands for: premium alcohol-free drinking that does not ask you to compromise on experience.
Available from October 8 across Bread Street Kitchen, Lavo Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar, Mott 32, Wakuda Singapore and Yardbird Southern Table & Bar, as well as via in-room dining for hotel guests, The Lewis will continue to be served at a wider selection of the resort’s restaurants and bars through to September 2027.
Running alongside it from October 8 to 15 is The Almave Circuit: a curated programme of non-alcoholic cocktails crafted with Almave, available across Lavo Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar, Mott 32, Spago by Wolfgang Puck, Wakuda Singapore, Yardbird Southern Table & Bar and Paiza Sky Residence. Each venue brings its own approach to the spirit, making the Circuit as much a tour of the resort’s bar talent as it is a showcase of what Almave can do in the right hands. Almave bottles are also currently available for purchase at The Gift Shop at Hotel Tower 2 till October 15.
Before the race
For those arriving early, Bread Street Kitchen’s Idiot Sandwich & Brew Combo—slow-cooked braised short ribs with sharp aged cheddar and spicy tomato chutney, served with golden fries and a draft beer—makes for a satisfying pre-race meal from October 7 to 11. Origin + Bloom rounds out the pre-race spread with four race-themed pastries—Caramel Chequered Flag, Kirsch Victory Lap, Scarlet Grand Prix and Cocoa Circuit Royale—available for both in-store and takeaway till October 11.

When the engines stop, Marina Bay Sands shifts into a different register. On October 8, Bangkok’s Opium Bar takes over Wakuda for one exclusive evening of theatrical cocktails and inventive non-alcoholic creations—a collaboration that brings international bar talent directly into the race week conversation.
On October 10, Lavo’s signature Party Brunch returns to its rooftop perch above the city skyline, running from 12pm to 4pm with a live DJ soundtrack, roaming stilt performers and a dedicated photo booth. The following day, October 11, Wolfgang Puck and his son Byron Lazaroff-Puck come together at Cut by Wolfgang Puck for the Singapore edition of the Generational Tasting Tour—an exclusive lunch experience celebrating legacy, evolution and the future of fine dining.
At Maison Boulud, a curated Moët & Chandon menu runs until October 11, with a complimentary glass of champagne available on selected days.
Whatever the occasion—and at Marina Bay Sands this October, there are many—the reservation is worth making early.
