This time, the hotel's culinary team chose to work with local food advocate Dr Leslie Tay to craft a sumptuous heritage breakfast menu. It’s filled with all your childhood faves, including that bowl of noodles tossed in a black sauce and topped with fried pork and shrimp dumplings and barbecued pork. You also have a choice of soft boiled eggs with kaya toast, and fried carrot cake.
And that's not all. The team has also partnered with Bib Gourmand eatery The Coconut Club to serve its famed nasi lemak, and Springleaf Prata Place for its prata. Available on the a la carte menu and as part of the weekend breakfast menu from 7am to 11am.
