1. Clos Pasoh
Chef Louis Pacquelin has introduced a new autumnal menu that boasts contemporary French fare. Whether you drop by for lunch or dinner, there is a plethora of dishes to choose from. One of the standouts is the aile de raie, a North Atlantic skate wing bathed in an aromatic fish broth. It’s topped with crispy artichoke heart and a sour herb salad. If you prefer beef, the tartare de boeuf sees hand-cut beef spiced with green curry and house-made cashew nut butter. Complete the meal with a light hazelnut souffle, elevated with Gianduja sauce.
