Peroni’s latest event is filled with a range of exclusive dishes, DJ performances, and driving simulators

After two years of safe-distancing restrictions and postponed activities, Singapore is slowly inching towards a new post-pandemic norm, starting with the return of various live events. That said, one of the most anticipated events is the Singapore Formula One Grand Prix, which had been cancelled for the past two years.
 
Apart from the race itself, this year’s Grand Prix also comes with an exciting line-up of after-parties, performances and activities—one of which is Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0%’s ‘Back With Passion’ event.

In partnership with Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant Formula One Team, this pre-race event is running from now till October 2, at Clarke Quay Fountain Square. Guests can expect to be immersed in a line-up of events, including exclusive menus, music performances by homegrown artists, race simulations, and more.

Car enthusiasts will be excited to know that one of the many highlights of the event includes a peek of the Aston Martin Formula One Team replica car. Designed for ‘better racing’ and ‘heralding the return of ground effect’, the team car features lightweight components and precise engineering.

Besides getting a peek at the car, another highlight includes an exclusive Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0%-inspired menu. Curated by Restaurant Ibid’s chef-owner Woo Wai Leong, the exclusive menu features five unique dishes inspired by the brewing company’s Italian heritage, and marrying flavours of east and west.  
 
Standouts include the seafood-stuffed dough fritters and grilled unagi. The former is an Italian take on a local favourite of the same name, comprising beautifully fried dough fritters stuffed with savoury seafood paste. It’s tossed in an aromatic black truffle and sundried tomato mayonnaise. The latter is Woo's take on a traditional slider, replacing classic buns with fluffy mantou ones. These buns are topped with grilled unagi and a rich basil pesto sauce. Complement these delectable bites with a crisp and refreshing pint of Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0%.
