Atas
To mark the beginning of the festive season, Atas will play host to a series of extravagant Sunday brunches. The Sunday Table is set to debut with a dining experience that shines the spotlight on lobster with a lineup of dishes that make this opulent ingredient the star of the show. Guests can expect River Lobster Sizzle paired with crispy spinach capellini and Borneo Lobster Thermidor that can each be accompanied by a myriad of made-to-order plates and meals charred using the restaurant’s Mibrasa charcoal oven.
To add a little celebratory flair to the buffet, diners can add a beverage package of free-flowing beer and a selection of wines. The Sunday Table will extend beyond the holidays, with its menu rotating every two months to highlight new ingredients.
