From July 10 to 16, Pavillion Hotel Kuala Lumpur is hosting an exquisite dining experience for guests to savour Thailand’s diverse and tantalising flavours. The Authentic Thai Lunch Buffet at The Courtyard will feature meticulously crafted dishes by guest chefs from Saffron and Banyan Tree Doha. 

Meanwhile, those interested in tasting the delectable and vibrant street food of Thailand can check out the Thai Street Food Buffet Dinner on July 12 and 13. Each dish, with its enticing aromas and unforgettable flavours, brings the streets of Thailand to life on your plate.

Some highlights offered in this exquisite Thai feast includes the Goong phad prik hue or better known as stir fried prawns which features a harmonious blend of heat and sweetness, typically with a combination of bell peppers and chilli paste. Another delectable dish is the flavourful grilled steak salad with tangy dressing made from lime juice and fish sauce.

The Pad kra phao hed is an assorted stir-fry of mushrooms, garlic, chilli, and Thai holy basil, a savoury dish that is both aromatic and satisfying that can be paired nicely together with the Kiew nam goong or fresh shrimp in broth. This traditional Thai soup is a light dish garnished with cilantro, green onions, and a touch of white pepper.

The Authentic Thai Lunch Buffet is happening on July 10 to 16 from 12.00pm to 2.30pm at RM158 nett per person or RM79 nett per child / senior citizens. Meanwhile, the Thai Street Food Buffet Dinner is happening on July 12 and 13 July from 6.30pm to 9.30pm at RM178 nett per person or RM89 nett per child / senior citizens.
