The evening celebrates the best of the best of Malaysia’s rich dining scene

The Tatler Dining Awards 2023 was dedicated to the movers and shakers of the local dining industry. This year, the event took place at The International Gallery at Sime Darby Property’s KLGCC Resort, an ideal setting for such a momentous occasion. Invited guests including chefs, restaurateurs, reviewers and panellists slowly trickled in.

A selection of sweet and savoury canapés were served, most notably a crispy Martell-infused foie gras, apple and truffle buckwheat cracker, created specially for the event. The drinks were flowing from our partners at Spritzer, Roku Gin, Lillet and Martell. Situated at the Martell bar was the brand's ambassador Bastien Michaud, who talked guests through different notes and flavours of the cocktails served.

Dato Azmir Merican, group managing director of Sime Darby Property, also expressed his enthusiasm about the event.
