From timeless delicacies like inasal and kansi to desserts like cream puffs and napoleones—indulge in Negrenese staples at this festival of flavour in Rockwell Center Makati

While it is famed as the sugar capital of the Philippines, Bacolod is also known as one of the country's culinary capitals, and for good reason. As the home of succulent, skewered chicken inasal, richly sour kansi, and decadently glazed napoleones among many others, this destination proves worthy of exploration time and time again for its delectable food selections. One need not fly out to savour these mouthwatering delights because from November 4 to 6, 2022, Rockwell is bringing them to the heart of Makati with a gastronomic spectacle called the Namit Namit Food Fair.

Meant to serve as a glimpse into the flagship Rockwell Center in Bacolod City, the culinary affair rounds up beloved Negrense names like JT's Manukan, Pat-Pat's Kansi, Manolo's, Roli's, Quan, and more at the Hidalgo Drive, right in front of the Power Plant Mall. Guests can feast on their delicious concoctions and get whisked away to the coastal city's vibrance with every scrumptious bite.

Because if there's one thing more colourful than its celebrated cuisine, it's the locale's intrinsic culture. As the spectacular MassKara Festival parades through its streets every year, it is ever-apparent why Bacolod is also dubbed as the City of Smiles. Offering a well-appointed lifestyle for the active and discerning Bacolodnon, Rockwell Center Bacolod masterfully weaves this emblematic identity with Rockwell's distinguishing touch.

Spanning 30 hectares, the mixed-use development will be double the size of the pioneering community in Makati. Much like this hub that we’ve long come to know and love for its mix of premier retail spaces, lavish condominiums, and prized restaurants, Rockwell Center Bacolod is equally a master-planned expanse with various residential and commercial landmarks. As they ride the wave of a quickly developing area while being unequivocally part of Rockwell’s stalwart ecosystem, every business and family that finds a home here is truly set to flourish.
