Renowned chef Margarita Forés brings her restaurant Lusso to the impressive selection at The Podium. Forés’ culinary artistry is on full display with her signature dishes, such as her portobello mushroom, asparagus and goat cheese mille-feuille, or lobster linguine. They’re offering a unique set menu, starting with an aperitivo trio, and cream of cèpes, followed by a choice between a pappardelle piccante or veal and beef bolognese. The set is headlined by their mains, a choice between a Chilean sea bass and a USDA chateaubriand rossini. A strawberry tiramisu caps off their delectable meal. 

Osteria Antica

This dining establishment breaks Italian cuisine down to its core, elevating traditional fare and techniques. Authenticity is central at Osteria Antica, a concept by the Wildlfour Group, evinced in their fervent use of a brick oven and specially selected ingredients. This gateway to Italy is set to join The Podium’s lineup and open on February 11, just in time for the season of love, and is poised to be a favourite upscale dining spot for years to come.

For a sweet finish to your date night, make your way to Venchi, a renowned Italian chocolatier and gelato maker. Their desserts are made with the finest ingredients, guaranteeing that every bite is as delightful as the last. They opened just last December, and two of their flavours, strawberry stracciatella and blueberry, are only available here! They’ve prepared a special Valentine’s Day selection with chocolate boxes aptly dressed in bright pink.
