Creating a culinary phenomenon once again, Tatler Thailand collaborates with ICONSIAM for Tatler Off Menu 2026: Culinary Journey: From Soil to Soul. This signature event showcases the soulful journey of Thai cuisine, featuring ingredients that tell stories of Thailand's rich and exceptional produce. Taking place from March 20-21, 2026 at ICONSIAM PARK, 2nd floor, ICONSIAM, the event elevates the dining experience in a stunning riverside setting. Under the concept "From Soil to Soul," it celebrates the origins of flavors, the sustainability of farming and cooking processes, and the connection between the abundance of Thai soil and the exquisite tastes created by Thailand's leading chefs.

Tatler Off Menu 2026 brought together over 26 leading restaurants and bars in Thailand to create unique, never-before-seen dishes exclusively for this event. This provided an opportunity for top chefs to showcase their individual techniques and creativity. Participating restaurants included ALATi, Alien Bangkok, Bull & Bear, Blue Elephant, Blue by Alain Ducasse, Cafe Madeleine, Castello Di Bellagio Pattaya, Cuisine de Garden, DG Caffe, Gluttony by The Sin, Khaan Bangkok, Khao San Sek, L'Arome by the Sea Phuket, LAWOI', Liana, Mozza by Cocotte, Potong, Rangoon Tea House, R-Haan, ROMA Khao Yai, Saffron Grill, Savelberg, Smør Studio, Spice Market, Tambu Restaurant Phuket, The Kinopolis, and six bars: Evian, Grey Goose, NOLO, Pang Cha, PRAKAAN, and Stella Bangkok.
