The chef shares his favourite spots in Penang for Nyonya cuisine, char kuey teow, and more

A trip to Penang always involves an abundance of good eats, from cendol and Nyonya fare to some of Malaysia’s most esteemed fine dining spots. And who better to recommend spots to eat than Johnson Wong, the mind between Gen 根, Communal Table, and Wine Not?
