Each night, our curated roster of bar experts prepared their own special cocktail at their dedicated booths. Armed with a handy pocket booklet that detailed these 12 creations, our 600-odd guests got to order 6 of their favourites. While watching in wonder as the mixologists showcased their technical deft, our guests were also given the opportunity to ask how the cocktail came about and get acquainted with the lesser-known native ingredients and mixology techniques they utilised. Inspired by local ingredients and flavours, each tipple demonstrated an inimitable Filipino flair you won’t find anywhere else in the world.

In addition to these one-of-a-kind drinks, guests were treated to free-flowing Chandon Garden Sprtiz, Hennessy VS Cognac, and red wine, plus an elegant spread of crave-worthy bar chow, Tatler Dining style. Filled with contemporary yet comfortable lounge seating, plus upbeat music by our DJs Tomas (Tomas Cabili) and AYØN (Ayon Sanchez), Bonifacio Hall came alive as guests raised a glass to our 12 mixologists, enjoyed phenomenal cocktails, and exchanged tasting remarks with friends old and new.

Throughout the festival, we also played video messages from Peter Faulhaber, head of wealth and personal banking of HSBC Philippines (our main partner for the event) and Tatler Dining editor Isabel Francisco, plus a special video featuring each of our 12 mixologists working their magic behind the bar.
