For two nights only, Off Menu Philippines 2026 brings together eight restaurants, eight bars and 19 of the country’s most exciting F&B talents for exclusive food and cocktail creations you won’t find anywhere else

Tatler Dining’s flagship food festival is back—and Off Menu Philippines 2026 presents its most ambitious edition yet. For two nights only, the country’s most exciting chefs and bartenders will leave their usual kitchens and bars behind to create something you simply cannot experience anywhere else: eight exclusive food and cocktail pairings—a total of 16 one-off items—created specially for Off Menu and served under one roof.

This year, we’re expanding the menu. For the first time, eight of the Philippines’ top restaurants will team up with eight of the country’s best bars, bringing together 19 of the brightest names in F&B for a two-day celebration of food, cocktails, creativity and collaboration.

What’s new? Chefs team up with bartenders

What makes Off Menu 2026 different is not simply the number of restaurants or bars in the room. It’s what happens when they’re challenged to create together and be inspired by one another.

Each restaurant has been paired with a bar and tasked with developing a special dish and cocktail inspired by each other’s signature style. The brief is deliberately open-ended: take what makes your partner distinctive, interpret it through your own craft and find a delicious way for the two creations to work together.

The possibilities are endless. How might Helm and Ito combine their shared ingredient-driven philosophies to push one another towards an even more distilled and conceptually captivating pairing? How will Recraft translate Inatô’s contemporary Filipino sensibility into a drink? And when two very different creative perspectives meet, what unexpected flavours emerge?

These aren’t dishes and drinks pulled from existing menus. They’re one-off creations, made exclusively for Off Menu 2026.

The line-up brings together some of the country’s most exciting F&B talents, including winners and rising stars from the Tatler Best awards. Celera, Tatler Best New Restaurant, joins Problem Child, Tatler Best New Bar, while rising stars Charles Montanez of Liyab and David Abalayan of No Entry Cocktail Club bring their own perspectives to the table.

How does Off Menu work?

Beyond the food and cocktails, Off Menu is designed to be experienced at your own pace. Curate the way you eat all eight courses, and move around the ballroom to discover each collaboration as you please. You’ll be able to meet the chefs and bartenders behind the creations and settle in with friends as DJs provide the soundtrack to the evening.

Your ticket includes eight exclusive food and cocktail pairings plus unlimited wine too! It’s part tasting menu, part cocktail crawl and a rare chance to experience so much of the Philippines’ F&B scene in a single evening.

Most importantly, this is an experience with a deadline. The collaborations exist for Off Menu and Off Menu alone, for two days only. If you want to know what happens when the country’s best restaurants and bars step outside their comfort zones and create together, there’s no other time or place to find out.

Off Menu Philippines 2026 would not be possible without the generous support of our sponsors: Lead Sponsor HSBC; Gold Sponsor Pernod Ricard; Supporting Sponsors OpenTable and Shangri-La The Fort; plus Patron Make It Makati. We thank them for helping us bring together the country’s best culinary and cocktail talent for this one-of-a-kind celebration of Philippine F&B.
