Like a shiny nickel, Camille is Sentosa’s first French-Japanese restaurant and possibly the most premium dining experience out of the trio. Perched on the second floor, the restaurant, flanked by mesmerising sea views, exudes a rather amorous atmosphere. After all, it’s named after Monet’s wife. The calming tones in the main dining room paired with floral motifs are exceedingly inviting, while the open kitchen sets the stage for executive chef Lamley Chua and head chef Loh Wai Lun. On the table, expect plates tinged with French elegance and Japanese simplicity—all while harnessing sustainably sourced ingredients.
