Opened in January 2022, Maristar is The Marini Group’s newest dining and lifestyle concept at Bukit Bintang’s premier shopping destination, The Starhill. What can gourmands expect at this plush new seafood bar and fashion lounge?

Spanning 730 sqm, Maristar is as versatile as it is spacious. Its lounge area consists of three distinct sections: a ground floor with a bar as well as indoor and alfresco seating areas (a plus for social distancing and ventilation), followed by a middle floor and an upper floor for added privacy.
For those planning smaller, more intimate soirees, Maristar also offers private dining rooms with attached bathrooms for more exclusive experiences away from the crowds.

The star of the Maristar experience is undoubtedly its premium seafood, ranging from sustainably sourced caviar to an impressive selection of oysters that include varieties of Gallagher, Fine de Claire, Irish Premium, Tragheanna Bay, Sydney Rock, and Brundy Island oysters.

Caviar connoisseurs can expect Beluga Siberian and Osietra caviar from the Marini’s Premium Caviar Selection, sourced from an Italian brand that produces the caviar on its own fish farm.
For a truly decadent treat, Maristar’s signature Seafood Tower will not disappoint: consisting of tiered platters of oysters, ocean trout tartar, prawns and Carpaccio Hamachi with the optional addition of lobster. There’s also a grilled seafood platter of squid, prawns, fish fillets, and mussels lightly baked with a special house spice blend.
The restaurant also offers a selection of Italian comfort food classics, from angel hair pasta with Maine lobster tail and bottarga to Tomahawk steak, wagyu tenderloin, and boneless lamb shank.
High tea aficionados, take note: Maristar’s Haute Tea (priced from RM199+ for two persons) will keep your spirits high with a variety of sweet and savoury delights, served with fine tea or a glass of Prosecco.

To help you mark the middle of the week a high note, Maristar’s 'OyStars Night' offers 20 per cent off all oysters on the menu on Wednesdays and 10 per cent off caviar menu items on 'Bubbly and Caviar' nights on Thursdays.
“Maristar is a unique space that has been designed unlike any of the other establishments by The Marini’s Group, “ says The Marini's Group founder Modesto Marini. “It allows us to bring something else to the table. We’re excited to be able to showcase our food in a new way and also work with The Starhill and other reputable brands to introduce new dining experiences for guests.”
