For the first year ever, Tatler Dining joins forces with Malaysia Airports for a new era of its annual KULinary campaign

First held in 2016, KULinary is a food festival organised by Malaysia Airports, which awards top F&B outlets at both KL International Airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.

The highly anticipated event pushes dining establishments to constantly innovate when it comes to dish variety, quality, value, and service, allowing Malaysia Airports to showcase its exceptional food and beverage selection, from international brands like Jamie Oliver Pizzeria to homegrown local gem Kitchen by Open House.

After the outlets are evaluated, the winning restaurants and cafés are celebrated through a food festival, inviting key players in the dining industry to sample the award-winning dishes available at KL International Airport.

Previous KULinary winners include Bibik Heritage, Boost Juice Bars, Dôme Café, Grandmama’s, and Toast Box.

This year, the annual dining festival will be hosted from September 26-29, at KL International Airport, Terminal 1, where over a dozen winning establishments will showcase their tantalising signature dishes utilising local herbs and spices indigenous to the Malaysian rainforest.

Like its previous iterations, this year’s KULinary will also be an interactive experience that transcends just a showcase of signature dishes from its participating establishments. The festival will host over 300 guests per day, who will be able to experience 16 different dishes and assorted beverages.
