A surge of creativity and talent echoes through the Philippine dining scene, and we're happy to witness it. Watch this video to hear four renowned chefs share their take:

It is impossible to immerse oneself in a country's rich culture without sampling its distinctive cuisine. And in an archipelago as expansive as the Philippines, each region and island proudly brings something to the table. Drawing from such a wealth of flavours, ingredients, and influences are chefs Jordy Navarra, Stephan Duhesme, Josh Boutwood, and Chele Gonzalez, who count themselves among the leaders of an exhilarating movement in Philippine F&B.

From within the kitchens of their illustrious restaurants, these culinary maestros wield their creative flair and local expertise to interpret Filipino food in vibrant, myriad ways. Their menus test the constraints of convention and stretch what this cuisine could be defined by, underscoring why Philippine shores are a worthy destination for gourmands all over the world.
