Newport World Resorts (NWR) turns up the heat with the anticipated opening of Gordon Ramsay’s Bar & Grill, which will be one of the complex's largest restaurants.

NWR chairman Kevin Tan eagerly remarks, “We are delighted to partner with chef Gordon Ramsay on his first restaurant in the Philippines. Moreover, our customers can look forward to more exciting announcements from NWR months.”
Diners will have to wait until the second quarter of 2024 to book a reservation, but NWR already promises an impressive variety of gastronomic options.

Longtime fans of the sharp-tongued chef can also look forward to his famous beef wellington, slated to appear alongside an already impressive selection of rare breed steaks, grilled specialities and fresh market seafood.
Beef Wellington, a staple of traditional British cuisine, has become synonymous with Ramsay’s signature palate. According to the recipe on his official website, the dish is prepared with a mixture of wild mushrooms, Parma ham and beef fillets wrapped in puff pastry, baked until golden brown and served with a rich red wine sauce.

The celebrity chef also boasts an expansive lineup of restaurants under his namesake brand, including another iteration of the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill that opened in Malaysia last June 2022.
